The CoppaFeel! Challenge is a week-long breast cancer awareness initiative for sixth-form and college students. With young people facing low awareness and limited access to health education, CoppaFeel! needed to recruit schools across London, Birmingham and Manchester — and motivate students to sign up, participate and lead their own campaigns.

To reach young people meaningfully, we met them where they already are: TikTok and Instagram. We partnered with a mix of creators who spoke directly to Gen Z, each bringing a different content style, tone and health insight. Influencers acted as spokespeople, encouraging sign-ups and driving ongoing momentum through reshared content on IG Stories across a three-week push. Alongside this, we supported CoppaFeel! with local spokesperson recruitment, digital promotional assets, schools outreach and community group outreach.
We briefed eight creators, each in their own content style, to connect authentically with their audiences and drive sign-ups. Every creator received a unique hook or health statistic to ensure diverse messaging from humour to personal stories to fast-paced education delivered natively across TikTok and Instagram.

With just two weeks to deliver, the campaign hit the required sign-up target within the timeframe and generated strong organic engagement. Collectively, creator content delivered:
A clear indication that the campaign landed with young people and motivated students to take part.
The work resonated because it felt native to Gen Z platforms creator-led, fast, honest and relatable. By combining varied content styles with health-focused hooks, the campaign offered multiple entry points for young people, making breast cancer awareness feel accessible, relevant and easy to act on.
